Moving up a tee box on some holes at neighborhood courses can take some houses out of play.

Living on a course I believe some of the biggest issues are:
1. not yelling Fore and alerting them.
2. Playing the wrong tees. Quit being prideful and play the tees according to your ability not your age.
3. If you hit my house once and re-tee and hit the house or close again, more than likely your gonna get an earful.
My house can get really dangerous at times. I luckily have a good relationship with the staff where they have started moving the charity tournaments up far enough where my house isnt in the line of fire.

yeh they had 3 drivable par 4s and the par 5s were on the up tees which makes them all reachable.

Like they said get your team together and come watch if you want
Na, but they say they can do it for you again if your team wants to come back out.

Played it last month for the first time.
Great layout, better have an app to show you some of the hazards.
Condition not great. Granted they had a ton of rain that week but what I saw was just a lack of funds. I believe funding is low and it shows.
