Be careful with those Jack Stands. They look to be undersized for what you are trying to do. In other words you’ll have to probably fully extend them to reach the frame and then they will not be stable. I’d return them and get the 12 tons....

I have a 28” Browning Citori that I bought used for $1200. Lots of guys are going to longer barrels so you could probably find a good deal on gun trader. I wouldn’t buy a lower end over/under. If you want to save money, try and find a used Ruger Red Label....
