I read the thread title and thought of UF's running back Mack and thought to myself "good God not another negative UF story "

Great kid and a great gator. Probably should have played more the last two years. Hope he gets it

Tebow's only severe injury was a freak concussion. Come on.
He also had a bruised shoulder in 07 against Ga
Just saying

Help for what? Florida was the only common opponent. It happened a few months after both team played and lost to Florida. Makes more sense than anything your trying to spew

Why would Muschamp want to consult with Saban. They may be tight but I don't see Two SEC coaches giving each other ideas on how to stop another SEC team

You had film on Florida from 07 and 08 but failed stop them until the stoops and Saban got together and figured out to drop a lbcker in the d end spot to stop the read option.

With in the offseason about how to stop A&M. Remember it was Stoops in the 09 offseason to figure out how to stop Tebow and Florida.
We know it won't be Miles or Muschamp. Maybe Stoops again?

re: Bama fans, Do you agree with Lou Holtz?

Actually that's exactly what Spurrier said when he left UF. Not sure if it was in presser or an interview afterwards.

JD and Burton are doing the same things as Tebow did in 06 and no one has had a Harvin before or after 06

I said two weeks ago this Florida team reminded me of 2006 team. No one agreed but now CBS ESPN and others are saying the same thing.
Suck it

Even though we had a senior qb, the offense was pretty slow to get started. The defense kept us in games and the offense just made enough plays to squeak out close wins. Much like this year. The O got better as year went on. As far as Tebow goes he just ran short yardage stuff much of the year. I do agree that Harvin was a big difference maker that is absent from this team. I disagree that Baker stretched the field. I saw him more of a possession guy. Anyway a sputtering offense and well above average D is what makes me think of the 06 team.

Why does this years team remind me so much of 06? Could it happen again?
re: Tebow is 34-5 in his career can you?

Tebow and the offense scored enough points to win all those games. All those losses go on the defense. Oh well thats why our D is so good now, because we had to play all those young'ns.
