Like I said, I finally got through to OPP and they say she has not even brought in. Not that she hasnt been processed, they say she is not even there yet.
Only thing I can think of is maybe they brought her some where to get a blood test before taking her to jail.

Called the number on the OPP website and it gets me no where. Asks me to enter the first three digits of their last name and then it says inmate cannot be found. Can anyone help?

Do they both fall under the same laws/regulations?
I've read that only 100 trucks are given permits at a time, cant go to French Quarter or CBD, can only be at one spot for 30 minutes, etc. Do food carts get grouped in with food trucks under these rules, or is there a separate set of rules for them?

chicken and sausage gumbo. first time making gumbo. should have let the roux cook for about 5 more minutes, so it came out a little weak, but other than that it is perfect.

Roast carrots, garlic, onions, butter nut squash, parsnips, bell peppers, leeks, in the oven at 400 for 30-40 minutes
Take them out and coarsely puree with chicken stock.
Put it all in a pot and cook on medium low for 20-30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Season as you wish.
