The Rams game was the only disappointing game for me.
I think the Saints should know EXACTLY what to do to get this team geared for a SB run next year. There is every reason to think the base is great.
I think we need a little OL help, another corner, and a playmaker or two on offense. Preferably wideouts to compliment Graham and Colston. I don't know what to think of the RB situation, but Robinson, Ingram, Thomas should be able to handle the roles.
Oh, and get us a FG kicker...please
All of this.

Unfortunately, I've uttered Hartley's name in frustration far too many times.

Had the opposite reaction. While it was sort of scary, also showed tremendous game awareness.
"Before I screw this up and assume where he wants the ball, let me send whats his name to ask what's his face where he wants it."
Tremendous game awareness without a doubt. I just wish he knew the kicker's name.
Also, I just assume CSP is omnipotent, and should already know where his playoff placekicker likes the ball....since it's kind of important.

CSP: Find out where our guy likes the ball. (Re: Where does S. Graham want to kick the game-winner from).
Little scary.

re: After rewatching the first half, Brees performance wasn't AS bad as it seemed.

-The first interception: it was a risky throw, but the interception itself was really on Stills. If Stills keeps running his route upfield, maybe he catches, maybe he doesn't, but Williams doesn't catch it like he's fielding a punt. It's conjecture, but we've seen Stills come down with those balls before.
Agree with all but this. This INT was on Brees. He lives on the underthrow, and all the WR's know it. I don't necessarily have a problem with it being too far from the sideline, but it was a bad pass nonetheless.
At best, Stills could have continued full-bore in an effort to deflect the INT, but he shouldn't have had to do that.

And yes, Hartley misses one...

I must say, I'm surprised (pleasantly).
Double post.
Actually, the more I think about it, the newest CBA will probably govern (and prohibit) lawsuits for concussions in the future.
So maybe there won't be any future litigants.

One of the principle terms of the settlement is that the agreement "cannot be considered, an admission by the NFL of liability, or an admission that plaintiffs' injuries were caused by football.
This is indeed common language in most releases, however future litigants are not bound by the agreement.
So players who sue in the future can likely point to the settlement as an admission, unless otherwise barred by an evidentiary rule.

I honestly think he was brought in to test the defense against a mobile QB. We will see quite a few of them this year.

So sad. And so genuine.
Will make sure my son (who will attend his first game this year) knows what that statue is all about.

I think that's great news. Back-load it like Smith.
It would double the iq of the entire station immediately.
Really good. Cannot wait.
