re: Loan for land purchase only

Find the farm credit office in the area. You usually pay in 1000 to become a member. They return all profits back to the members yearly as a patronage check. Mine usually averages about 24 percent of the interest paid for the year. They looks at things differently then a normal bank because they deal with farm loans.
Be content and don’t compete with others.
Great news. But the dems still own the voting machines and who counts the votes.
No conservative male carries tiki torches. That was the tell. If you missed you are blind.
Did they get a pic of the flag from the moon landing?
It’s a money grab by the owners most of the time. I ask if they get tips most of the time the staff doesn’t.

MBB is not important at LSU. It is what it is.
Let’s hope their sleeper cells in the US have been eliminated.

In another 3-5 years it will be all automated and glorious.

It was Saban, after all, who advised Kiffin on leaving Ole Miss for LSU. At least that’s what Kiffin claims. Considering Saban’s status with Alabama, I find it a little dirty that he would get involved with Kiffin’s drama. Isn’t Saban supposed to be helping Alabama win games? Why is athletics director Greg Byrne still paying Saban if he’s going to help LSU? LSU goes to Auburn on Oct.24 and then, after a bye week, welcomes Alabama to Tiger Stadium. No doubt Kiffin will blow it against Alabama just like he always does, but if Kiffin somehow wins then I’m holding Saban responsible for backstabbing the Crimson Tide.

This is how we know we got the right guy. Nobody was worried when we hired miles, O, or Kelly. I hope lsu football, its ands and admin fully embrace the villain role.
We’ll get him on round two. That’s the one that matters. Let someone else pay a premium to train him up.
Agreed 100%. People who care, acknowledge you, clean and organized stores, and good selection. I cringe the rare times I have to go to a big box stores and just about refuse to.
Yeti rambler coffee cup attachment. Money in the deer blind duck hunting.
Landon Collins-went to a bitter rival, he was a difference maker for them, and in the coming years plays at our safety position directly impacted the game between us and bama.
At this point mostly everyone is exchanging players they don’t want anymore.
Recruiting specialists aren’t needed in today’s college football. Development and coaching/motivating ability is most important.

I’m not going to miss his questionable RB rotation and his lack of player development.
He should have never resigned with them. He showed enough in his first contract. He could have went anywhere.
