re: Is lebron a nba legend?

I listed several reasons why I thought it was one of the greatest moments including all of things surrounding the game both during and before.

You answered with “it’s not” the first time and didn’t reply to anything.

So who is being subjective here? It might blow your mind that Kyries shot was also one of greatest moments for the same reasons. I think you are capable of using big words and crawfishing but not actually submitting any evidence to back up “it’s not.”

It was a signature moment in NBA Finals history. You still haven’t said why it wasn’t. You just don’t like LeBron. It’s okay to admit it. I hated Kobe Bryant.

Alright brother. Explain why. Game 7 of NBA Finals, tie game, going against team with best record in NBA history on their home floor coming back from 3-1. Why don’t you explain to me why it wasn’t one of the greater moments? Outside of just not liking the guy.

Lebron hasn’t had an average season in his entire career. Winning big minimally? When you mention 4 rings, you leave out…what was it…8 consecutive times in the Finals? And 10 times total?

Why don’t you show the chase down block that happened right before Kyries three which is one of the top plays in NBA Finals history. You are a clown.
I understand your dislike for how his path of teams turned out. I just thought you had something to back up your disparaging of his on court results post 2016 but you didn’t. You just didn’t approve of his choice of basketball teams and off court influence.
Oh ok. You just don’t like him. Nothing basketball related behind trying to disparage his accomplishments post-2016. That makes me feel better that it is just personal for you.
I don’t understand so much hate on Lebron for the results in the late third of a career most would have already retired. 2017 and 2018 featured GSW teams that begged Durant to come form the greatest team ever after losing to LeBron in 2016. 2018 also featured LeBron with nobody in that Finals.

2019 - LeBron with a bunch of young Lakers was head for a top 4 seed and an injury ended his season somewhere around the all star break

2020 - Won a championship. Deal with it.

The rest had either glass man not being healthy or simply older LeBron with not good enough squads.

Why discredit this man right now?
The Lakers are poorly constructed. Rob Pelinka has been a pretty bad GM with or without the LeBron influence narrative. He punted 1.5 seasons of Luka with eyes on this coming summer. He had Lebron still playing at a Top 10ish level and said oh well. You can’t have Luka and Reaves in the same back court and win a title. But Pelinka is an idiot. He’s going to pay Reaves, let Lebron walk and sign some bozo like Tobias Harris. Bookmark it.

The trolling here is fun but Jwill would sacrifice a child to be half as good as Luka Doncic.

You think every game is truly a coin flip? Usually the team that is down 3-0 is not as good as the team up 3-0 and sometimes it’s not remotely close. I would say that’s why the odds are so high against it.

I mean 3-1 comebacks are pretty rare too over the course of history.
People don’t like watching OKC. They blame it on something, usually this topic. But the real thing is people just don’t enjoy them. Mostly cause they are really good. They don’t have any marketable players and they are the best team so you don’t even get bandwagoners like Curry brought in.

People have mistaken me for saying OKC is hard to watch. I only think SGA is tough to watch. OKC plays great basketball and they would likely win going away without any extra theatrics.
It’s almost like the Lakers are missing the best offensive player in the world, and are also playing the best team in the NBA. Maybe they just suck like you are implying and you guys shouldn’t ever even be behind.
Some people hate watching LeBron or Luka or Tatum or Ant or whatever. He’s just not my cup of tea. I’m not sure what you are trying to convince me of. He’s an MVP of the league. I’m not arguing his level of being great at game of basketball. I hate watching him and his team play basketball. The Spurs teams that won 5 titles was horrible to watch sometimes too man. I promise it’s okay.
I just was expecting something amazing and it just looked like someone passing across court out of double teams and mid range shooting. I didn’t stop watching your cherry picked highlight video so I could keep my opinion. I’ve watched plenty of SGA over the years including some of the playoffs so far. I thought maybe this year he was different. He. Is. Boring. It’s just my opinion brother. It’s okay for him to be your favorite player and OKC to be your favorite team. I would rather watch 30 other players ahead of him and many other teams. It’s not an insult.
I watched the first minute and a half and just saw him passing the ball a few times and taking a patented mid range jumper. Kudos.

What I should have said is anyone who isn’t a fan of OKC generally finds his game not easy to watch. It doesn’t make him awful and you shouldn’t take personal offense. He’s just boring. Tim Duncan was incredibly boring as well.
I think it’s safer to say people just don’t like watching him play no matter the reason. The team gets hate cause they are the best like every best team in history. But people don’t like them because nobody knows their players and the best player on the team plays a style of basketball that is hard to watch, though so so so successful.
Is it? Reaves was -20 on court. He’s a window curtain. Empty points.
I didn’t mean that any sort of way. Just was theorizing there won’t be much “hate-watching” past this round.
The only caveat to this is people aren’t watching at all without Lebron in this series.
The Lakers only chance of beating OKC is on the bench and even that was still a stretch. Love or hate SGA aside they are the champs for a reason because they have the best overall rotation. And the gap between this version of the Lakers and OKC is so wide.
