Loose Exterior Brick - ahunt1905
Just had a buyer inspection on our house and they said the brick along our exterior garage wall is loose. They say to fix brick ties in the wall. Any idea on a price range for this? ...

re: What is the best public track in Lafayette? - ahunt1905
I think the trees that are the problem are not on the course's property. I am thankful they cut back the trees on the other side so I can now go over trees on my tee shot and have about 50-75 yards into the green....

re: What is the best public track in Lafayette? - ahunt1905
Man the greens on 10 and 12 are just tough quiky little greens. 13 can be tough if you're on the opposite end of the stick because that middle ridge is a ball buster. 15 green is just garbage, they've never been able to get grass to grow on it....

re: The Wetllands and The Farm - ahunt1905
Ever since The Wetlands has reopened it's been in great shape. I think the biggest problem with The Farm is that the owner is just out to make money and doesn't really care to have the course in primo shape....

re: The Country Club @ Golden Nugget LC - ahunt1905
Kosoati is nice but if it's rained there in last week then it'll be wet. Also I find they're a little steep in price, at least the last time I played out there. As for the National, it is a fun track but it needs a little TLC to be really nice. I played after some rain and they were just letting peo...

No Hot Water - ahunt1905
So I went to take a shower and even if I have just the hot water turned all the way the water is lukewarm. I went up to the attic to check the water heater and I notice the pan is full and water is steadily running out of the valve at the bottom of the heater. Any recommendations on what could be wr...

re: High-mid Handicap and need some input on finding irons - ahunt1905
Like everyone has already said, go and try as many as possible and get what fits you best. After swinging about 10 different brands I ended up with the Ping G410s and after getting used to them I'm hitting them very consistent. My handicap is right around yours too....

re: Lafayette Municipal courses - ahunt1905
It’s obvious that they put more into the wetlands than the others. Vieux is still fun but the conditions are inconsistent. Muni is what is, cheap golf that is hard to keep in good shape and it’s very tight. ...
