The way the offense is playing this weekend concerns me in the postseason. This offense has a pattern of going ice cold for multiple games and all it takes is two games and your season is over.

Yes it was a terrible pitch in the other batters box, but if the catcher isn’t on one knee, he would’ve had a better chance of at least knocking it down enough to stay away from the backstop. No catcher can move side to side or jump up for a high pitch if the catcher has a knee on the ground. Ben McDonald isn’t a fan of it, and neither am I.

I’d love to bet on the Tigahs, but they’ve shown me too many times they can go ice cold at the plate for 2 plus games. That scares me in a Super Regional.
