Bates is coming to Lafayette for an official visit at UL this weekend. LSU supposedly wants him to take a "greyshirt". Ironically, his girlfriend is going to attend UL. Personally, I don't think this is a huge loss for us if he goes to UL, with our other commitments from Jacobs and Dickson.....
