I had similar issue on a major renovation. Diagnosis was over insulated attic. Added dehumidifiers in attic. Problem solved. Variable speed units weren’t enough to get it to low 50%.

Great strategy. Get the least likely Democrat candidate to be successful into the general election to face the republican candidate. The second part of the strategy is to stop funding for the general election. :bow:

OUST is killing me today!
I can’t abandon it yet. Sold half my position @ $324 earlier this year. Hoping to ride it back up over $300 again.
Nothing more on the Middle East rumor. 20% short interest seems to be causing conversation though.

I finally trimmed 20% of my NBIS position so I could spread out a bit into these other lines.
