Yep, you can you make promises or use NIL money to get players to stay. It's a pretty simple system. Basically, at the end of the season it lists all the players either heading to the draft early or transferring. You can let them leave, make a promise to keep them, or pay a certain amount of NIL money.

I'm rocking a warrior and going molten blast. I nuke everything in my path. Just hit end game tonight and did my first map. Loving it so far. Stacking exalts and saving up to buy a legit end game weapon. Only real issue so far has been heavy hitting bosses that 1 shot me. I grabbed some armor nodes but need to get more armor on my gear.

P.S. - hammer of the gods is fricking awesome when you land it haha

Honestly, Chester isnt getting beat as bad as he was at the beginning of the year. His problem is blown assignments. He let's dudes run right by him that he should be picking up but he thinks a guard will. He cleans that up he can be serviceable.

He's a spineless a-hole who got a guaranteed 100 mil contract and really doesnt give a shite. He got his bag before retirement, there's no hunger or fire there. He puts on a coach face to keep up appearances but the dude doesn't give a frick. If he did, obvious fricking issues would be getting corrected

100% this. Baker had the correct scheme. The linebackers and safeties are supposed to make those plays and they just can't.

Penn is slow to diagnose the play and even slower running so by the time he realizes Milroe is running he can't do anything about it.

Weeks tried but he just isn't fast enough to spy Milroe correctly. If he gets to him unblocked he can tackle him but he has to fight through an oline block most of the time and can't get there.

Gilbert, Burns, and Ryan. These guys are absolute liabilities out there. Wrong angles half the time and the other half they miss the tackle.

I have faith in Baker but he needs a year or two to get some actual talent in there. Swinson and Weeks are the only two guys they have that continually make plays. Oh and Alexander. They have 3 guys that are consistently good. The rest are subpar with a few of them making some good plays here and there.
