Lots of favorites already mentioned.

Lonesome Dove (<----)
Tombstone
The Cowboys with John Wayne hasn't been mentioned yet
Silverado
True Grit (old and new)
It is a lesser version of Adipex and it works well.

Did mine Friday in 50 minutes. Last year was an hour and one minute! The second mile kicked my arse.

Day 3 done. Sheeeesh.

I had to cut it short because I had to get back to work, but that was a long one. I'll have to remember to start much sooner on leg day if they all are this long. 5x5 on back and front squats took a lot out of me.

Likely right now he has Reactive Airway Disease. This is a precursor to asthma. Sometimes it never progress. Asthma is not a death sentence to no sports.

Some people also have a much milder form call Exercise Induced Bronchoconstriction and these kids just use their inhalers 30 minutes before sports as exercise is a trigger for airway constriction.

Day 2 of Summer Stacked was awesome.

5x3 of deadlifts took me a minute, but I flew threw the rest. Drenched in sweat coming back to work.

I was out of town last weekend, so I will do mine this weekend.

I was at just over an hour last year, so I will be trying to break the hour mark this time. I plan on breaking it down into 20 sets of 5/10/15 again.

Summer Stacked day 1 felt great. I super set the bench with the OHP to speed it up sine I was late getting to the gym and I also did triceps bench pushups from Benchuary instead of EZ bar skull crushers. Felt great today.

This right here.

Let someone else try bc they are cold right now. The bench is stacked. Let them try.

re: Traveling abroad - do they hate us

Posted by jose on 5/31/25 at 3:22 pm
Currently on my way home from a hunting trip in Canada. I’m convinced everyone in Toronto hates us. They surely didn’t like me flying with a firearm. Did everything right, but I had so many hurdles to jump through in Toronto. Missed my flight out of Toronto going and coming. The rest of Canada was extremely pleasant. Just Toronto.
Unfortunately I did.

I struggled majorly through the first physics at LSU. Then the second one got even harder. I made a 30something on the first exam. Then I was told there was a guy who would take the exam first thing Monday morning and he would remember all of the numbers and how to work the problems and he would write them down and pass them out. Some kind of way I got my hands on that. I would try my damnest to learn the stuff, but then the morning of my exam, I would memorize all of his work and then make a B

EDS

Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS)?? This is a real one. Not sure what other you could be talking about.

fibromyalgia

It is a real thing, but there is usaally some other secondary cause, like anxiety or depression and the patients never want to treatment directed there so it is usually a mess. But Cymbalta, also known as Duloxetine, which is an SSRI, has some weak analgesia properties and as such is usually what is used for fibromyalgia.

I went to a conference two weeks ago and stayed at Loew's as well. There isn't much.

I did walk to Jack Stacks for BBQ which is walking distance from the hotel and it was ok. Not the best. Should have tried something else.
