I found going from 0 to 1 much much harder than going from 1 to 2.
I was clueless on how to care for a newborn when my daughter was born. She wouldn't sleep for shite. My wife and I took turns holding her so the other could sleep.
But my son who will be 4 months old next week was the exact opposite. Not saying I know what I'm doing at all, but it was so much less stressful the second time around.
My wife wants another, but I'm still on the fence.

Was about to turn the game on after putting the kids to sleep. Guess I’ll do something else.

yeah I get the demographic on this board doesn’t find Disney interesting. No shite. It’s not about what you like
The last time I went to disney, I was 13. I'm 36 now. I have zero interest to ever go back, but with that said, we took my then 2 year old, Elsa obsessed daughter to Disney on Ice last year and she lit up when the characters came out. I decided we had to take to see Disney World.
We are going next month with her. I don't have any desire to ride any rides, only the ones she wants to do. She keeps talking about excited she is to meet Elsa and Anna.
re: Alone time. How much do you get and do you enjoy it?

Usually after the kids go to bed. My wife likes to go to sleep as soon as they do, but I like to stay up and read.
I always wake up earlier on the weekends than weekdays for what I call "the calm before the storm". I like to sit and drink a cup of coffee in silence

The biggest thing with PFPS is strengthening the VMO and hamstring flexibility. The best exercise for VMO strengthening is terminal knee extensions.
Yes a steroid shot can help as well. But this usually will respond to home exercises.

4 x 25 dumbbell curls
4 x 25 barbell curls
4 x 25 skull crushers
4 x 25 cable rows
4 sets of 25 calf raises
5 sets of 10 push-ups
These are ok numbers to get introduced to the form and how to do it. Now drop the reps and increase the weight.

Hell yeah that’s badass. I’m hoping my shoulder can hold up through this whole thing.
I was worried about an old shoulder injury too. Which was why my max was so low. I told myself I would stop at the first sign of any pain, and I was able to finish the whole month.
I see the plan is being written by PPSA this time. Last year it was written by someone else. I hope they don't mess with the style much because last years was perfect.
