It's been 15 months and I still have symptoms. The eye involvement could have cost me my vision and now I am on long term steroid drops.

Do you take Elavil?
Hell of speech!

I'm ready for next season!
The shingles vaccine is a safe vaccine.

Recent studies have shown that it may not prevent the actual rash associated with shingles, but it will prevent the post-herpatic neuralgia, nerve pain, that is associated with the rash.

As I said earlier, that would involve more money than I want to spend. $300/hour minimum here in Orlando and who knows if they'll try to charge more with it being a busy holiday weekend.

Get on tinder and get to swiping. Much cheaper.

I like the Velo brand ones. They just came out with 9mgs.

I find the pouch is different with these 9mgs as compared to their 7s. I like the citrus ones the best.

I borrowed some dumbbells from my gym today and bought some kettelbells over the weekend. Hoping to maybe create some little circuits or something in my back yard. Time to get creative

Doc recommended for my toenail issue but, having to do liver tests and the issues I’ve read online caused some hesitation. Anyone with experience would be appreciated.

Perfectly safe.

Now if you have cirrhosis or other chronic liver disease, I would be hesitant, but otherwise you are good.

I just sent in Terbinafine 250mg for 8 weeks for her case of Mocasin type tinea pedis.

Has anyone done strength on the go?

My wife should be having our next baby any day now and I'm trying to figure out if this one is worth purchasing to do around the house for the next few weeks.

It was moved to its present location in the year 326.

It is called the Sancta Santorum. We went to Rome for our honeymoon and just happened to stumble on this place while out exploring one day. Incredible.

Super jealous over here!
You should email them with your complaints. They didn’t post re-post mine, so maybe mine was so bad they couldn’t even share it.
Same. If I am wearing my Squatober shirt, it means I finished the month, so technically I survived.

Damn!! Way to go! 5 plates is a goal of mine soon. But I still have some work to do.

Did anyone buy the "I Survived" shirt?

Yes, spend a day or so in Bayeux. Charming town.

Recommend this as well.

The American Cemetery is a must see.

There is a cool place just off the beach called Le Rooesevelt. We had lunch and a few beers there.

Also bring ziplocks and take some sand back for when you go to the beachs.
New PR of 450!

Started the month at 440 from last years PR in Squatober. I tried getting 460, but failed. My belt snapped as soon as I started the accent and that was a wrap
This was the first Squatober I have actually used proper lifting shoes. I love my Nike Metcons. I normally worked out in regular old tennis shoes before.
This is some great news to login to read this morning! I can't wait to get to the gym today!
Sorry I had my screen shots ready to go as soon as they posted. I uploaded them to post and them bam the hamsters went down

I am ready for PR day. Shooting for 440-450
