Over Rated! I hope I am wrong. Went to multiple Middle Schools in AP. Never went to school. Does not seem to be a motivated kid at all. Been a large kid all his life.
Now he is Athletic for his size. Anxious to see how this plays out. Once again I hope I am wrong.

Ascension Parish is watered down due to four 5A schools and one Class A Private school in the Parish east of the Mississippi River. It will be like that in all sports IMHO. Central and Zachary being able to branch off and form their own school districts have helped. Being a city school and the tax base Gonzales has, only East Ascension would have a chance to do that. But that would never happen in AP. I think the coaching is pretty good. It does not help that Catholic, Dunham, and even John Curtis picks out the real good players. I know for a fact that one of Catholic High's safety's was recruited to go to Catholic as he had to miss a District Middle School track meet for an in home visit from Catholic. 2 Running backs the last 2 years in AP MIddle School FB were recruited too.
