I work for an Indian couple that owns a small business. They are really nice people that legally migrated from Mumbai. I knew a Pakistani family that owned a Mexican Restaurant on Jones Creek Rd. in the 90's.that were pure liars.

Jim had a podcast based on his character Chip Chipperson he did every week for a couple of years. It was funny as hell. If you haven't seen them I strongly suggest.

I was watching a youtuber(Sabbatical) who was in China exploring a border site. His Uber driver or equivalent was in a EV and on the way back they stopped at a station where they swapped the batteries out in under 5 minutes. They plan to build 1000 of these this year with a goal of 10K. Here's a vid on these battery swap stations.

The first thing I searched when I got a computer and internet in '96 was Area 51 and had heard/read of this guy before. I've watched all the articles and interviews about/with him since. Almost 30 years later I have to say he's been nothing but consistent in his answers. If you haven't seen is Rogan interview you should.

My tuition was about $600/semester when I graduated LSU. College is the biggest rip off in the free market place. All these people in the college admin, profs, etc. that work there are not only ripping off the people they "teach", they are getting rich off the ridiculous prices they charge, you really aren't gaining that much unless you're 17-18 and know exactly what you want career wise(which most don't). If you aren't studying medicine, law, accounting and those types of professions, you are probably wasting money. Looking back on what I know now, if I had a kid that was approaching college and didn't know what he wanted to do, I'd advise to just go work in some field you think you might like. And lastly, if a student defaults on a college loan because he can't make the salary they bs'ed you into thinking you could earn, they should force the college they attended to pay it back. I'd bet a fast tuition drop would happen.
