Probably so.
I've taken a 10 mg dose a few times and wake up with a terrible headache.
60mg might kill me.
I've switched to some "nightime" tea that seems to work better for me....

I had three straight 5.4's (2000,2004,2010) on F150's.
I rolled between 150k and 200k on all 3.
In my experience that 5.4 was bulletproof....

The 3.5 hybrid has been perfect so far. The kick in for the gas engine is pretty smooth. I hear it more than I feel it.
The battery has a 100,000 mile warranty which was important to me because I was skeptical at first. I’m sold now. ...

I had a 2015 F150 with the 2.7l turbo that had 185,000 trouble free miles on it until some idiot crossed the center line and totaled it.
I now have a 2021 F150 with the 3.5l turbo hybrid that is approaching 60,000 trouble fre...
