I usually drink coffee first thing after getting up in the morning.
I was told to eat something, preferably protein, prior to that first cup of coffee to help minimize the cortisol spike.

I recently started with one someone on here mentioned.
She put together a protocol for diet and supplements.
Its early but I'm impressed so far.

Maybe I'm just dumb, but I never fully appreciated the impact alcohol was having on all aspects of my life until I quit.

I don’t disagree with either of you.
However, so far, the lack of accountability and responsibility from the state is concerning.
To not even email account holders from the onset is negligent.
I get that they were probably locked out of the system but zero communication is tough to swallow.

Yeah. Mine amounts to between 1-2% of total account balance.
I just dont know where to go be immune from issues such as this. Most have been touched by this in one way or another.
