The argument might be this.
Fauci did NOT have the right to take the 5th amendment because of the pardon. That violation of the law was in fact furtherance of conspiracy to cover up his previous crimes, which means it's an ongoing criminal conspiracy, not limited by statures of limitations from 2014.
(in essence the crime is still in commission in 2026)
Legal Hail Mary, but would be fun to see demoncrats suffer under their own tactics.

That LSU fans might have been right this season, when they said it’s amazing how many 50/50 b/s calls went against LSU pitchers?
Seriously wondering after watching this clown behind the plate tonight and how badly he obviously wanted to punch out Tiger batters, it makes me wonder if our pitchers suffered from the inverse of our hitters tonight.
Not saying it would have changed the season, 3 pitch strikeouts prove how bad some can be at the plate.
But with the stretch of LSU scoring over 8 runs in so many consecutive games, it’s got me wondering if pitchers had to throw meatballs to get calls.
