re: Any suggestion for a rehearsal dinner?
Posted by tiggergirl on 3/20/16 at 12:50 pm
Last year we had a rehearsal dinner for my son at GW Finns...they have a nice private room that will hold about 50. Food, wine and service was on point and I felt very reasonably priced. They have an option of shared apps and shared desserts that is THE way to go. Check them out...

Looking forward to seeing him and Eric Reid this fall

It also helps that the 49ers just drafted a fellow LSU Tiger to the defense with first-round draft pick Eric Reid. “I loved it,” said Dorsey, a multi-award recipient member on LSU’s 2008 BCS Championship team. “He’s from my hometown, so I was excited about it. I’m excited for him to come in and show what he can do. “I know he’s going to come out and work hard. He’s going to be ready to go.”

I loved Wanda and the old blind man with the stuffed dead dog. Have never laughed so hard at any other show.

Great movie...wish James Dean had lived longer. Bet he would have had a great career.

I just watched it recently too and was surprised I liked it so much...started off kinda slow but I'm glad I stayed with it.

I didn't realize some of it was filmed in Louisiana...can't figure out what part that was?? Looked like all DC.
Olympus Has Fallen..pretty good flick

Saw it this afternoon and was surprised I enjoyed it as much as I did...Gerard Butler makes a pretty good action hero. :nana:
re: Ducks need more money? SIAP

I don't know..it says $200,000 per episode. If true, that is chicken feed for the money they are making off that show. Flip side is, how much has the show boosted their sales? Not to mention all the Duck Dynasty sales merchandise...

Everything or Nothing on Netflix

Has anyone seen this? Pretty good documentary about the whole James Bond franchise. If you are a James Bond fan it is very informative. :usa:

One thing I always wondered was why they picked such an ugly girl to play their daughter...how could two such beautiful people create that??
re: Anybody else see the LeAnn Rimes train wreck on X Factor last night?

I saw her in concert a few months ago and she was sooooo spaced out. She kept talking to the audience...like individuals who would yell out crap. At one point she said all the bruises on her arm were from play wrestling with members of her band?? She sang much better than this though...she also looked like a crack addict...like she weighed 70 pounds..never seen anyone that thin.

Haahaa...shot a nerve with some peeps...I like low life movies too..point was that it was a dry kind of movie if you are not a real history fan. These kind of movies tend to not do well at the box office. I'm just surprised this one has had the staying power it has.

with the average IQ of the general public, most of them would be bored to death with this movie. No car chases, people getting blasted, boobs flashing everywhere and the lack of language with the "f" word in every sentence, they must have felt cheated they shelled out 8 bucks for this.
