You can look into home assistant. It’s kind of a pain in the arse, but most of the stuff is controlled locally instead of a “cloud”

Same vendor I used, size is a little small but excellent quality
I emailed the cfp ticket office through the website, they said printed tickets were only for certain sections and VIP’s and no commemorative tickets or reprint copies will be sold.

Same here, but ran the split to an HDMI to Ethernet adapter. Ethernet cable is cheaper and I believe the run can be longer this way.
I agree, stingify allowed actions reliable on weather conditions (if temp drops below freezing activate heat lamp, if it rains disable sprinklers, etc...). I haven't been able to accomplish similar automations with anything else.
