re: Pawpaw fruit trees

I have planted several on our hunting property. Probably just under 1/2 are still alive after 2 years. They were all small bare root seedlings.

I have about 8 that I potted this spring and will try to get them up to 3 or 5 gallon size at least before transplanting this time.
The Shin had the Honor Blades. He - and others - trained with all of them.
our (Alabama) community college system and some High Schools have training courses and certification for equipment, I know skid steer is one that they use. Not sure if they go beyond the basics as I would assume they are geared toward people with little or no previous experience.
Local Discount Auto is my #1 go to. They have a good inventory and prices are lower than the chains - about equal to Rock Auto on most things.

Rock Auto is my #2 if its something Discount Auto cant get quickly.
Definitely will want a Vdrive set up. The Big 3 are Malibu Nautique and Mastercraft. Each of those have different lines within the brand.

At 30K you probably will be in a early to mid 2000's model for those brands.

There is no reason to shy away from the "B" tier brands either they usually use older model equipment from the big three. Engines / transmissions / vdrives will all be the same few options across brands.

I would shop size / layout / price and then get into specific features. To me reasonable # of hours showing it has been used and not just sat is better than very low hours.

On all, check running gear visually under the boat to make sure it isnt damaged. there shouldnt be cracks in the gel around them or signs of major repair.

check actuators for wedge / surf tabs to make sure they work. That age alot have been replaced already or will need to be soon.

on dash - screens vs switches. A lot of the screens for those years are going out with no or expensive replacement options. Cottage industry options to replace with analog switches exist for some.

Overall condition of hull and interior matter. Interior can be replaced fairly easily, but can be costly. I would avoid anything that needs anything more than minor gel repair. Agree that trashed interior can be an indicator of overall care, but seams will start to split with normal use even on a well cared for boat.

Check the tower. Make sure its solid and not cracked. mount points should be solid, some small spiderweb cracks in get around the tower mounts is normal but shouldnt be excessive.

Make sure its been properly winterized and doesnt have a cracked engine block.

This was always what i was told to do as well. Coat with Mineral oil for storage because it wont go rancid. I do it on my Dutch Ovens I use for camping, but not on the frying pan that stays in the house and gets used regularly.

You are only saving on the material unless you are doing the labor yourself.

You have Labor to disassemble, transport and install
vs labor to install.

Does your material savings cover the dissasembly and transport costs?

your site prep and pad are the same either way.

I put a chain and shackle over a joist in my shed, then use a come along to raise the mower. Wrap a strap around the mower frame.

Florida is cheaper tax on liquor than Alabama. Georgia is cheaper than both.
I would take Palmer in a heart best over either of those two
We bought a Honda 1000 a few weeks ago. Availability wasnt an issue other than no one had a base model - they all has multiple Trail models in stock. Difference between dealers was about $3k highest to lowest.

Look at Direct Tool Outlet website. They run battery deals for Ryobi regularly.
It had no issue with the files for Tress. And if it matters, I am talking about the Kindle app on Android.
