Roosevelt Roads was Navy and closed in 90s. Ramey was USAF and closed earlier. I actually lived on the base at Roosevelt Roads for almost 4 years.
Juana Diaz near Ponce had Fort Allen, a Navy communications base as did Sabana Seca, near San Juan.

Could not agree more. There was already a rule in place for spearing. The current rule is just ridiculous. Defenders have a hard time controlling where their head is going to go when they're already leaning forward and running at full speed trying to put a hit on a runner trying to avoid contact.
Agreed. It's been well over a 100 years since that would be considered fat in this country.
