Hiring him and not being able to afford to get rid of him and his mediocrity is quite the pickle

Indeed.

10-3 at ULL is mediocre?

*Hot Take*

This is the last year of the UFL

I could see that. There's no way they are making a profit

Nope. He was QB for teh St Louis Battlehawks last year.

Wow. You would think they would get guys with some coaching experience. I don't doubt that he knows ball, but your first job being a HC will come with some challenges
Who is UL going to hire to replace him? Everyone wants a new coach but don't have an answer as to who should take his place. If you don't follow the Ragin Cajuns your opinion could taken with a grain of salt. Billy left him with a depleted team in 2022 with the transfer portal and this year the injury bug killed their chances of a winning season. Making a bowl game after starting 2-6 is pretty impressive imo. And lets leave out that 10 win season he had last year
Why are they going empty on 1st and 10

I wouldn't know. I'm in the Lafayette area. Do they normally get kids from EA?

EA just hit the gold mine. Having two successful head coaches (one with a state championship) enter your program will make EA a contender in 5A. Teurlings and Cecilia will take huge hits and it's going to show this fall.

Post Game hotspot for NYE

Where is the hot place to be after the game in Houston? I know the stadium is about 15 min from DT Houston. Wondering where to find bars with lots of purple and gold
Doesn't dictate but it plays a factor.
You forget that food plays a part when factoring in quality of living
Honestly, who is Lafayette competing against? If you're looking at the biggest cities in Louisiana it is by far the best place to live in. Central location, good nightlife, endless restaurants, growing suburbs like youngsville and broussard. It's not top notch but it beats any other city in Louisiana
Seems like he picked a good spot. Youngsville is a fast growing city with alot of talent

Knowing the Teurlings head coach, it was probably in response to some assume comment.

You say this because you’re around the Teurlings HC a lot during their games?

Good for St Charles for playing up to 4A. Shows that they embrace competition.
Waiting for STM to grow a pair and play up in Div 1

Have to let them steam in an ice chest or steamer for about 15 minutes. If you eat some that were done right it would change your mind

Never dusted crawfish until I worked for a catering company in Carencro. We went all over the state including numerous trips to BR. Always got a weird look from people when we did it but there was never a time when they didn't enjoy it. Anybody who thinks that dusting is gross has never had it done the right way.
If he really felt this passionate about the subject then why doesn't he quit coaching and become active in making a change. He offered no solution, just ranted
