1) eliminate two days of absentee voting,
2)prohibit requests for absentee ballots by phone or family members,
3) end ongoing absentee voter status for seniors and people with disabilities, 4) ban prepaid postage on absentee ballot return envelopes,
5) limit the number of drop boxes,
6) require voters to show certain photo ID before voting
7) make other changes
almost as if it was designed to fail, it 's an omnibus ballot measure that would probably fail anywhere

Lowrance Eagle series, 7 inches should be fine, and about 100 for the mapcard. The map will help you a lot more than the transducer at speed.
