Who is Mett's backup?

Ok, thanks.

Brad Wing?

What happened to him?

I haven't seen any win the Heisman either.

It's not. And you don't.

You only have to beat us once. In January.

Beating us in November had nothing to do with the National Championship. It was just the Game of the Century.
OSU is currently 6th in both human polls.

I doubt them beating Oklahoma which TT and Baylor both did is going to give them enough sway with the voters to vault them ahead of Alabama.

Alabama may be the best team. But what matters is who plays the best game.

LSU played the best game.

Just like Iowa State played the best game last night.

State had more first downs, more rushing and passing yardage, and was in possession of the football for 13 minutes more than Auburn and still lost.

MSU's average starting position was the 18 and half yard line.

AU's was the 30 and half yard line.

After ten drives a 12 yard difference in starting postion adds up to.................

120 yards.
For anybody watching this game, is Clowney playing? Dominating? Not that good?

I need some Clowney reports.

Is that a play call, or the # of the guy you expect to win the job?

Both actually.

I think I just saw a fire in Alabama...

Let's see how the defense does. Julio seems to be playing well tonight.

This doesn't seem to be a thread about Auburn. I think it got hijacked.

Don't you get it? We don't THROW ENOUGH PASSES to be ranked high in passing! Please understand the reason a stat is what it is. Averaging 20 attemps a game and the stats are going to be low.

https://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/stats/byteam?cat1=offense&cat2=Passing&conference=I-A_SEC&year=2010

Bama throws 26.5 times per game and averages 247.7 YPG on 18.7 completions. (9.35 yds/att)

LSU throws 23.0 times per game and averages 146.5 YPG on 13.3 completions. (6.37 yds/att)

Your problem is more than just attempts.

Its completion percentage and yds/att.

I would say 4-2.

Good thing they have Cam Newton, though.

Cause they're 6-0.

re: How Ballsy was the...

I think it was the right call (obviously, now) because it put the pressure on Arkansas. Instead of punting and putting the pressure on our D.

That being said, 4th and inches is never a gimmie. It just takes, a mishandled snap to ruin it.

seriously, how do you not put enough air under the ball when throwing it out of bounds?

How about when Damion Square is about to sack you and you're trying to pull away from him?
The last time Arkansas lost it was to a team that had fewer passing yards, fewer rushing yards, more penalties, more turnovers, and was coached by an empty hat.

And if he did go back he wouldn't coach for a control freak... because control freaks don't like working with control freaks.
