Just watch temp charts or shoot for a late April/early May app?

My plan was to apply mid to late April here based on advice last season for Doveweed.

Crawdude said,
Doveweed - Celsius herbicide with surfactant for post-emergent control, Specticle herbicide for pre-emergent control, applied in mid to late April. Seeds germinate at soil temp of 70 F.
Did my prodiamine the other day before light rain here. I was going to do the Clegg's in 2 weeks or so, then specticle in late April for doveweed along with sedges.
Agreed.

That's why I still run water through the night, and the dishwasher in the early hours to kick on the tank. I'd rather slightly higher water bill than busted pipes.

My tankless water heater is my biggest concern also. People we bought from mounted it on the outside of house and the copper line busted last year even though it was wrapped. I may just drain it and turn it off for the two nights of hard freeze. Talked to a plumber today and he recommended that I do this. He thinks the copper inside will freeze and break due to how low of temps we are expecting. Im also just thinking of running water constantly and running hot load in washing machine and dishwasher overnight

I thought I read mine was rated up to -13degrees. That may be off, but I recall it being freeze proof. I'll look that up. My 2 tankless are on the outside of my house, and each of the inlet and outlet underneath the heater have an enclosure to make look nicer. What I do is remove the box, wrap what I can in foam, and stuff the box with insulation. I got a roll from HD. I think it was $17. I tape it so it doesn't fall or collapse in the box when I put the box back on. I also run the dishwasher at 3 or 4am depending on the hourly forecast.

Personally, I'd wait. I'm waiting until the snow thaws next week.

I do it yearly like clock work. Sub pump, vinegar or sometimes descale solution, flush it, good to go. It's super easy. Tankess flush video

Just had one on patio here in Mandeville. So cool looking.
Yeah Craw. You mentioned Specticle in other post for my doveweed infestation, but God dog it's pricy upfront. I need to start splitting cost and bottles with someone.....

I said Miami's schedule is even worse. Biggest hurdle is FSU, amd that's it.

Thanks all.

I guess Specticle is on deck next spring. My back does have a ton of kyllingia, sedges, and doveweed.

Don't forget the Snoop Dogg video where Trump was getting shot. Amazing how that was art, yet here we are 3 days after an actual attempt on his life. Regardless, saying F you is not the same as murder.

Yeah, it was. Honestly, the lawn looks better than has in 3 years since moving in. I don't think the goal is to exceed values, or even put in high range but the soil sample was very low for basic plant health. I have runners for once, thicker looking lawn. It's getting much better for sure.

Thanks.

Per my soil test, my NPK were really low which is why I was following a guide of sorts. My lawn was thin, not looking great.

I'm due to apply 16-0-8 in July. I was just concerned with heat, and as you even say too much fert. This is my third application this year, so its not insane amount I'm putting down but I know too much is bad as well. Lawn is looking better than ever though, so must be working so far. My first application was 12-12-12, and second was high potassium, I forget the #s.

Still ok to fertilize?

My soil samples showed I was lacking everything. So I'm trying follow the recommendation but I'm also worried about fertilizing in July.

Is that normal? Safe? Centipede lawn fwiw.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but she didn't even get 2% of the vote when she was running for President herself.

When will we see Joe again?

He was gone for a week prior to the debate, but when can expect him to return to work? We taking bets? I say not until the 4th of July.
Let's not forget, this man was away for the last what 9 days to prepare for this night as well. 9 days and still had a rough night. Everyone here also said he had the questions in advance. He changed subjects mid-answer at times. There is no way he can continue like this.
CNN breaking down the lies.

Just for reference. They claim here Trump lied more than Biden
