before bama kicked off against clemson if i posted that this will start a regular season winning streak from aug 2008- TBD 2010....i would be called an idiot.
That being said Auburn maybe a team on the brink. It is very unlikely Alabama is undefeated going into the game and very easily could have already lost the west by the Iron Bowl. That could effect the team especially if the west is on the line in Death Valley and we lose. The team morale could be down if LSU wins the west on that day. If Auburn comes in and beats us then yall will have embarrassed us, so certaintly nothing will be used as an excuse.

Mark Ingram was the best back in America last year. The yards after contact in the SEC to me is the key stat.

would like to play with bama but there is no fun in playing with the #1 team.......i usually always play with an SEC team but i dont know if any really jump out to me....I may go with Miami. I dont know i will have to see whose uniforms and stadiums look the most badass which def makes LSU a possibility. But Tiger Stadium always sucks on the game compared to real life, cause we all know what Saturday night is like in death valley. But on the game? nothing special so that takes away from it i think

SEC Bold prediction- Ole Miss will have a good season and beat some folks they shouldnt...(isnt that what Nutt does? builds up the talk to a season and disappoints and then nobody gives them a shot and they are decent)of course they wont make it to atlanta or anything :rotflmao:

Its gotten to the point now where I find myself less and less rooting against the Auburn's and Tennessee's of the world. This whole SEC supremacy thing has gone crazy and ive been sucked right in. I can argue alabama auburn with somebody for an hour and bash auburn but if someone comes into the conversation that is an Ohio state fan i will instantly take Aubie's back. I am anti-adding anybody to our league. i dont care if all the teams join one league, we are on our own island and enjoy our little fraternity we have in the southeast, and noone else is welcome.

yes but thats b/c it was exciting to beat UT, LSU, Auburn for the bragging rights blah blah..but when you are #1 for the majority of the season i want an SEC and/or national title which is greater than winning specific games...so when that is lost it doesnt make a tier 2 bowl game that exciting to me

i know i should root for my team thats why i am going...but like when i go to the Titans playoff game/games it will be like with the goal of getting to the Super Bowl..but like sitting at the bowl game would be like tennessee losing to Indianapolis in the post-season (ala Bama losing to UF) and then playing an extra game against...say the Cardinals..its like i hope we win but you truly know the season ended with that last lost..i dont know guess i dont make any sense

im going to the Sugar Bowl but just because i cant make myself miss a game..but i mean really whats the big deal? So we can win the Sugar Bowl..WHOO.. There is only i game that is important and that is between OU and florida..Thank God for the NFL Playoffs..I get way more excited over the season that the bowl games...but i guess im in the minority (dont tell Auburn i used that word :doublebird:)
