I would not recommend a rake. Your arm will fall off after the first 10 sqft. Get a cheap electric dethatcher like sunjoe. It's well worth it.
Also, you might want to wait another month or so for the grass to get more active before you dethatch. This will help the grass to fill in the bare spots faster rather than weeds.

I eat the Just Bare chicken nuggets from Costco with Franks Buffalo sauce and pepperjack cheese at least 3 times a week. Super quick and delicious weeknight meal

This. I had safeco and it my premium more than doubled in a year. I got with my broker and found a few options that were cheaper than my previous safeco premium

Yes, it's a separate account and yes there are tax advantages, this is from their FAQS on the website
We are currently saving in it with the intent to use for high school tuition since earnings are not taxable. Anything left over will be rolled over into the traditional 529 plan.

This. My wife convinced me to read it. I'm not typically into fantasy but found myself enjoying Fourth Wing. Although I couldn't get into the second book and have no interest in reading the next one that comes out

Completely agree with OP. I can see why it would have been the GOAT of it's time, but watching it now for the first time, there have just been too many good shows released since then that I enjoyed more.
