I've watched a few baseball interviews w/ Jay w/ no mention of Chase Shores. I remember he was pumping a high velo before injury. Does anyone know about his status on the pitching staff? Is this a slow play from injury and he's a year out?

One of the things that I've been puzzled about for years is, who supplies the LSU apparel to recruits? Can we not supply hats and shirts that look like they belong in the year 2021?

We've been through a couple of football coaching changes but they all seemed to have an element of political connection that built out a staff or that finances were part of the limitation. Doesn't this Kelly hire feel like he has the keys to the palace w/ full financial backing?

Thanks for the smart response @Naptime. If you actually read the article you'd notice I quoted the reference. Yes, he's JUCO but was referred to as "LSU's first-baseman". I am aware of depth and competition. It's obvious your comment lacked depth. Looking forward to the responses that actually have something to add. Go back to sleep.

One of the reasons we chose travel for our son is because the days of Fathers, and kids in general, getting out in the yard and playing ball, is pretty much none existent, therefore, the skill level of rec ball is nowhere near where it was in the late 90s. Kids these days can barely get the ball to a throwing partner but they can crush in Fortnite. Little League died when parents started pushing devices to babysit their kids. Not saying travel kids don't game but their sport is very much important to them.

Man, you have to love how much K'Hop loves LSU. The dude is already talking to kids as an LSU player and he's not even on campus yet. My nephew plays for the Zachary Jr Broncos and they got the opportunity to practice on LSU's indoor field and K'Hop brought the motivation. Love it.

The exciting part about Atkins is he was also a DB lighting people up. I can't wait to see the first hit.

I hope the silence is us keeping Canada. Not sure they have any boosters supporting that move w/ their wallets. Not to mention the La Gov laughing like, "You want money for what?! We have a wall to finish on I-12E!"
