I do remember my idol(MJ) quitting on his team for almost 2 seasons trying to play baseball. If LBJ tried to do something like that he would be torched! He is still feeling the negativity of the “Decision”
So you are saying he wasn’t good enough to beat them by himself, he was with a crappy organization, and he couldn’t win without a good coach? Got it. That sounds very similar to LBJ. I will take it a step further and say Doug Collins is a better coach than any of the coaches LeBron has had, including Spoelstra.

Duncan, Ginoboli, Dirk, Steph, KD, and POP are all Hall of Farmers. Jason Kidd(HOF), Parker, Thompson, and Green are All Stars. Rick Carlisle and Steve Kerr are HOF caliber coaches. None of them and the teams they played on were scrubs. You can selectively remember if you want to.
I do remember that MJ played 15 years in the NBA winning 6 championships. That means in 9 seasons he didn't make it to or win the NBA Finals; losing a few times in the 1st Round, a few times in the 2nd round, and a few times in the Eastern Conference Finals. Just saying as people think MJ NEVER lost a series.......
Barry played against the best in the world. Ruth didn't because of segregation. Edge Barry

I am more pissed at the incompetent LSU Administration and Board of Supervisors for allowing CEO to be hired as our coach. Think about how this hire was a slap in the face to all of the hardworking tax paying citizens in Louisiana that has to watch as this program continues its downward trajectory. Just imagine if we hired a legit Head Coach who kids believe could actually compete for championships, Devonta could have been a Tiger and you wouldn't have written this post.
I bet you feel CEO was more than qualified for the LSU job too! No Good Ole Boy "preferential" treatment there, I guess. It only comes out when people of color get a rare opportunity at a high profile institution. FYI, A&M is now a better job than when Sumlin first got there.

Thabo Sefolosha says hello. He's not American and we saw what New York's finest did to him. Racism in this country has demonstrated that you don't have to be from here to be a victim of it. If they've experienced it here, they should have every right to respond to it in a way that they feel will best address the issue whether they are a citizen or not as Thabo did.

In addition to this, I can see folks on this board telling Dr. King Jr. in the 50s and 60s not march, kneel, speak, or protest because it will not solve anything.....what good will it do, what's the end game Dr. King?

Youth, Lack of quality depth, and experience. Great young nucleus who are learning on the go. How many teams are in the league being led by a trio of guys who are under 22? They bring Tyus Jones and Dunn off the bench. Dunn is older than KAT, Lavine, and Wiggins by the way. Nikola Pekovic's contract($12 million per) continues to hurt them as well. They are getting NOTHING in return
West Feliciana vs Jackson
West Feliciana vs Clinton
Jackson vs Clinton
Now, West Feliciana vs East Feliciana (Clinton/Jackson)

Always a packed house, intense, and competitive games!

This. He is 29th in total wins but almost every coach with more than him that has a Super Bowl is also a HOFer. 12th highest winning percentage of all time. He belongs

I was going to post this and also mention that he did build Tampa into a Super Bowl Contender, which deserved a lot of credit. He was also a pretty could defensive coordinator and assistant coach as well. It is definitely not an affirmative action vote.

It's amazing the narrow-minded views some people have about minorities and their accomplishments. His performance and accomplishments speak for themselves.
Have you actually looked at all of the talent we have sent to the NFL in the past 6 years?

Did you forget about the Eric Reid, Honey Badger, Claiborne, Peterson, Ego, Tharold Simon, etc. Some of these guys were 2 and 3 star players(some higher) that came to LSU and were developed in to high to mid level nfl draft picks.

First the schedule is soft and they will come back to Earth once conference starts.

He was a bad fit at LSU, but who recruited JOB and Josh Hamilton to play for the Tigers. They didn't come here on their own. It would have been nice for him to fill out the roster, but he didn't actually recruit all scrubs. Hickey, Stringer, and Warren weren't bad players. He definitely had some players who ended up being busts, but don't just randomly say the guy couldn't recruit. Coaching and develop Thornton and Temple, and recruiting and helping JOB and Hamilton get to the league isn't a bad thing(4 NBA players during his tenure at LSU). I just wish it would have turned into some more wins for the Tigers.

For the Record: Coached and developed 9 NBA Players(This just doesn't happen by accident)

Lopez Brothers
Landry Fields
Kirk Snyder
Nick Fazekas
Marcus Thorton
Garrett Temple
JOBryant
Chris Johnson

Tough loss for the Saints, was hoping they could pull it off! Good season regardless.
Caught a game at the Yale Bowl a few years ago. This picture is great and the YB has a lot of great history, but it needs a lot of interior improvements(seating-deteriorating wood/rails, concessions, bathrooms, etc). I was there about 3 to 4 years ago for a game against Penn. If they made improvements in those area, it could become a good stadium to catch a game. This game is only one where either school gets a crowd like those pictured.
1st Big Time Player from West Feliciana High School and 1st Tiger from the area! Extremely proud of him and his brother, representing St. Francisville!
Your message might throw some people on this board for a loop because they may have slept through Geography and World History, or their worldview is limited to certain areas within the U.S.
I'm not the one with nearly 28,000 posts seeking someone to listen to me or read what I have to say. It shows me that you may not have anything else going on in your world. Time to head out to be productive, enjoy your keyboard sir.
Again, that is your opinion. I and many others don't feel he is an unprofessional a-hole.
