Does that have to pay taxes? How do they pay salaries, make deals, etc?
Asking bc I literally have no idea. In mosconas interview last week with AG Murrill, she said the sec isn’t a corporation, it’s just an agreement bw schools. Legally, how does that work? Sankey is paid $4.8m. Does each school pay a portion? They pay referees, chain gang, negotiate tv contracts, etc. I assume they pay some sort of taxes. So, if the sec is just an agreement bw schools, how does that exist?

@chicken - I don’t post often, if at all, but whoever is downvoting EVERY SINGLE POST in this thread should be banned. Through 12 pages of posts, not one person has a negative thing to say about this lady, yet these two people have downvoted every post. Please get rid of this trash on this board. In theory, your up vote/down vote is to be applauded, but being a constant piece of shite should not be rewarded.

No joke. This was a real thing every single semester. Are W's still a thing?

Historical. Not who they would beat at the moment. They’re obviously very good right now. What they are doing is ridiculous compared to how awful they’ve been throughout their football history.

Understood. Appreciate it. Never realized they were so terrible at football. Regardless, think it’s fascinating they are where they are.

Really? Is Indiana known as the “smart” school of the big ten? Or just has always been the absolute doormat of the conference, athletically?

Sec equivalent of Indiana?

I really want to see Indiana win and take over #1. Just think it’s a great story. Who do you think is the historical sec equivalent of Indiana? I was thinking Mississippi state.

Why are you posting from two different accounts?

Quite impressive x-ray vision. Not only through the garage doors but also the back of the house too.
It’s a silly question with zero context. Of course there’s a chance we get him. Also, of course there’s a chance we don’t get him. Not sure what the guy is looking for. The same thing could be said about virtually every top player that had a parent that played at lsu.
Did you get the answers you were hoping for? It was a great question, undoubtedly. What sort of answers are you looking for? Our team sucks. Is it likely he looks elsewhere? Yes. Did his dad play football here? Yes. Is NIL still around? Yes.

You’re going to get answers in both directions.
Underrated response. Guy is trying to blame his microphone for interpreting are vs is.
Wow. Thanks for the dissection. I really hadn’t thought about all the qb changes and transfers in/out until you put it in writing. Its crazy to think how many have come through here the past ten + years.
Man, you doubled down, and looked like even more of an idiot.

re: CWS Tickets

Tickets are not in short supply, but all tickets are electronic, and the internet outside the stadium is terrible. You’re not going to find someone holding two paper tickets up, go haggle, and then buy them for $10. We tried to do it last year for the lsu games and it was a pain to actually get the tickets and payment options to show up.
As you should. The dude revolutionized the sport, with a brand named Nike, and a guy named Steve prefontaine. The guys mentioned above revolutionized a sport, much like bowerman did, he just so also happened to be a founder of Nike.
