quote:Sorry sonny but thats not quite how it is done. Each show is responsible for getting their own content. masconna had been working for a yr to get Richt. I listened to the interview and have to say those 2 did a great job with it. IMO the 3-4 show is by far the best on the radio here in BR. Now maybe the magic would tarnish if it was longer, can;t really say but what they do now is excellent.
they should give jordy the big interviews

The best gumbo I have ever had is far better than the best pho I have ever had.
Also, Pho is intended as a complete meal soup, whereas, often gumbo is serve merely as a starter or juxtaposed with jambalaya, crawfish pie, red beans, po boys, etc.
So the comparison is not very good on that point either.

Yes I know they are quite different but since gumbo was being thrown around in the start of the topic I just went with that theme. I eat Pho from LS atleast twice a month, I am quite familiar with it's greatness and differences......

ok I am torn, is your comment smartass prickish or is it sincere in wanting to hear from others about the topic??
If it is sincere then lets hear your input but if it's prickish like I suspect let me ask exactly how ling has it been? Longer than the last time you sucked a dick?

I am looking for some opinions on home brewed coffee. I like Luzianne Dark Roast, Community Dark and the New Orleans Blend too... Anyone else have any opinion on other dark roasts with bold flavor.

Best Pho in Br is at Little Siagon, corner of fla and sherwood forest. Dangs and Pho Quyn also do good jobs but Lil Siagon is my favorite....... they make outstanding spring rolls too!!

Anyone attend the Boudin Cook-off??
quote:so far it sucked
How was it
BUT since it is scheduled for sat the 25th I am holding out hope that it will be a great event for those who skip the LSU game to attend. It would be fun I am sure but not worth missing the Tigers for.

re: I actually commend LSU for taking a knee

I don't have an issue with them not scoring but I do think they were trying to, were going to but had some time mgmt issues before that last play, the kneel down. Looked to me like they got caught short of time and then just said do the kneel.
