It was 4-3 and it was a consent discipline.
Cade Cole was the deciding vote and didn't like the outcome. He is correct to point out that the Court wasn't deciding the punishment. It was deciding whether to approve a settlement. If the settlement wasn't approved the thing drags on and her "paid vacation" continues at taxpayers' expense.
While I can understand the rationale, the right answer isn't to put this judge back on the bench. I could have endured a little more "paid vacation" if the possible outcomes included removal from the bench in the event the settlement wasn't approved.

This a common name?
It's been around for a while. Some dummies used to think sheepshead was a trash fish. Yes, people routinely threw them back when I was growing up, but that's bc they didn't know how to clean them efficiently. They can be a real PITA to clean if you don't know what you're doing. So people who didn't know better just assumed they weren't good eating.
Restaurants called them bay snapper to get around the false stigma.
These days I think most people know that sheepshead is delicious. (I like them better than trout.) So they aren't widely been called bay snapper as much anymore. I always respected that Commander's proudly advertised sheepshead on their menu.

Why just go from 34% to 84%? Surely it is based of some calculations?
It's definitely based on "some calculations." Like perhaps, 34% plus 50% (the amount we increased our tariffs by) equals 84%.

Trump announced an additional 50% hike, putting the total level for import taxes on Chinese goods at 104%

The money factor on leases will track with interest rates for purchase financing. This should be essentially a push.

Would probably have had to deep discount the price for Medicaid, which would take away from supply available to sell at rack rate.

I’m a money moron but how are you paying income tax when you’re taking a loss every year?

In the industry, people who pay their bills in full each month are called "bottom feeders." There's no money in banking them.
Wrong. Assume you have total monthly cc spend of $10k. The bank makes about $300 off transaction fees each month. That's $3,600 per year, but the bank is "loaning" you the same $10k month after month. So the bank is making 36% on that $10k every year. But you are not paying it, the merchant is.

Let’s not rush to judgment. A modern high efficiency appliance will save you a good $7 to $8 per year in utilities and will essentially pay for itself over a period of only 250 to 285 years.
