I’ve done the city transit tour. You have to go through security and they stamp your passport with a daily pass, takes a good bit of time. They then load you on a bus and you see the marina, some big outdoor mall area that is pretty cool and then the bazaar area which is crazy. You see the palace and other sites in the city while on the bus. It’s a good way to kill a long layover in Doha, the airport there is also pretty awesome
We’d have a tough time beating TTU K-12, this will ugly

If you are on the cruise ship the whole time I would just bring maybe a a hundred for small items in ports and tips. Every thing you buy on the ship just gets billed to your account and you pay with the cc when you settle up.

re: Budapest, Istanbul, Krakow

Thanks for the recommendations, I ended up booking a trip to Istanbul. Might try for a Budapest krakow Christmas market trip in the future
I would continue with your plans, I’ve never been, but would love to go

Budapest, Istanbul, Krakow

Heading to Greece for a solo trip in early September. Following a med cruise, I have three extra days to spend before coming back to the states. I have narrowed my search to Budapest, Istanbul, or krakow. Istanbul has the sites like Hagia Sophia, Budapest is quieter and seems very peaceful, krakow has the WWII sites and monuments.
Has anyone been to some or all of these cities and can help me make the decision?

Don’t know where you are getting your weather, snow is Sunday
Just fyi, it’s supposed to snow Sunday night and be crazy cold Monday, dress accordingly
As of now you can only do one day of epic as part of at least a three day ticket, with the other days being at the other two parks. You can’t just do a day of epic by itself at the moment.

All this talk about Budapest is making me Hungary
What, Florida and A&M will be huge games. Florida finished off the season very well and Lagway in his second year will be tough, A&M is always a stacked team. Both of those games are will be revenge games, and our game will be a revenge game for South Carolina, which also finished the season on fire. Arkansas is usually a close game with only a couple exceptions.
