It’s the reason that prison doesn’t deter the behavior. Prison is not that much different than the life they have. Govt feeds, houses and medicates. Abuse, physical, mental and sexual by the people you live with. When Johnson destroyed the family he did it throughly and permanently.

I halfass taught myself to speak French late in life it was extremely difficult for me I think it would have been easier to be taught by someone else.
