re: Public restrooms: U.S. vs Europe

You will see women in the men's bathrooms cleaning while you are using the restroom

In France they are not just cleaning it but also using the same "toilette" in a lot of locations. I assume that is why the stalls are fully enclosed.

I have only paid to use the ones in the train stations and metros but they are clean.

I did use a pisser on the street while walking around Paris and it had a door that just covered the "strike zone" and just wide open to the public.

It would be very hard to complain if you were under the threat of being sued or retaliated against.

quote:

“The Board regularly receives complaints requesting that the complainant’s identity remain confidential due to fears of retaliation,” state Ethics Administrator David Bordelon wrote in a letter to the committee sent Monday on behalf of ethics board members. “This is seen most often when a complaint is received from an individual who has information regarding a potential violation by a supervisor or their local elected official.”

quote:

Dickerson’s legislation would require the ethics board to provide the identity of anyone who reported an ethics complaint to the target of the investigation. Currently, the identity of a complainant remains unknown to anyone outside of the ethics board and staff, unless the person chooses to identify themselves.

quote:

Also, a large number of the ethics complaints would also have to be filed in person at the ethics board’s office in downtown Baton Rouge under Dickerson’s bill. All “non-sworn” complaints from an individual would have to be delivered by hand, and the person would have to present their government-issued identification when dropping it off.

Sub in Gulf Shores Golf Club for Lost Key.

I really don't understand the hate for Lost Key, there are some fun holes on the course. There are some tough ones that eat you ball if you aren't straight but we play it every time we're in the area.

re: Boat Trailer Bunk Covering

Synthetic bunk covers came on my trailer similar to Gatorbak and I have never had a slide issue. I also don't unhook it until it is in the water and hook it up before pulling out.

It does help me crank it up tight after it is out of the water.

I hope they have some lube.

Not quite. LEO can do illegal things and even ignore the law if a court agrees a reasonable LEO would have done the same.

Mostly it means that there has not been any case law established in any court within that district.

I was using Bocage pharmacy. One day I called in a prescription and they were closed the next. I believe the owner retired and just shut the doors.
According to this morning news the files are going to be released today.
It's working for me. Maybe you should signup for the premium plan.
It closed Monday, September 2021. It has been repurchased by Millard Callicott who was trying to reopen it, but got delinquent on the taxes. He hired Arnold Palmer Golf Design and Signet Golf to renovate it but nothing has been done.
When I was getting security clearance the state police went to my neighbor's houses and asked them all sorts of character questions. Have ever borrowed money or gambled, do / did drugs or have a drinking problem, etc ..

My nextdoor neighbor texted me as soon as they left and asked me what in the hell was going on. I had no idea they were going to do this so he was not warned.

Stephen Colbert and or or Trevor Noah. Both of these guys seem like pedos to me.

I was mostly lurking before you had to register in 2001/2002. When it became mandatory for posting began I waited a few months before registering.

Tie aluminum pie plates along a string. They should be close enough together to be able to clang against each other in the wind. String the plates across your garden space with two long twigs or stakes.

City Park New Orleans courses

A buddy wants to go play City Park in Nola next weekend. What kind of shape is it in and which course is the better one to play?
I feel like I have read this whole thread and I still don't know if Mr 45 is married and if so, how does his wife feel about the make out session?
He should be named King of the Krewe of Barkus this year while they have him in captivity again.
