The Whistle taproom is a cheap spot to get drinks close by. Look for their house brew.

The Clevelander is next door and has more food options. The guardians haven't scored a run in three games so drink heavily

Their premium subscription can do emergency calls. I have them paired with smarthings so motion can trigger different events. For example if my camera triggers motion my outside lights will turn on to 100%.

I have the cameras in smarthings with door/window sensors and motion detectors so I can trigger certain tasks depending on the time.

The jamb is going to prevent the two pieces from raising up so you should be able to wedge it under. Use a junk piece on the bathroom side and tap it into place. Carefully tap it in once it's lined up to lock it in.

It's not ideal because if it's not lined up exactly it's going to snap off the interlock.
Might have had a small crack in the valve stem and the inspector made it into a big crack when jamming the gauge into it.

Can managers go on the 15 Day DL?
Amazon sells Air Pillow Machines so you can make your own bubble wrap. Maybe you can find one at a sale
Gila makes various film tints from 70 to 99%. Lowes, HD, and Amazon carry them.

Search concrete lift and you should find something. The one I used looked like it was some type of franchise operation.

I paid $300ish to have a company come out and drill holes and lift it with some sludge/foam mix four years ago. They did three sections of sidewalk and porch step in less than three hours.

Hasn't moved since..
Go for .92 over a full carat. Take your savings to get better cut and clarity.

Color is a preference.

Installation is going to kinda suck regardless. They don’t just fit/drop in to the ceiling. You’ll have to work from the attic side too to replace it.

I bought the Panasonic one with rails thinking I could do it from below. Has turned into a mess due to the insulation.

Climbed up in the attic and the insulation is above the joists and the trusses are blocking the easiest path.

To top it off the contractors pointed the existing vent towards the gable vent and called it a day. Likely going to admit defeat on this one and hire someone to fix it all.
He just got tossed Saturday night too
I have had the best luck calling and saying I'd like my service turned off next week. Find a competitor in your market and say you are going with them.

If they don't budge just confirm the cancellation date and they will call back a day or two before.
