1) LSU - Born and raised in Baton Rouge - I had very little choice. I'm a third generation Tiger fan and my sons make fourth and my grandson makes fifth generation Tigers. Just in my blood.

2) Tie between Georgia and Arkansas. Why? Way I see it is any fans proud to call themselves "Hogs" and "Dawgs" are OK with me.

Using the Alabama method we clock in at:

1908
1935
1936
1958
1961
2003
2007
Fawk it, I ain't scared of a rematch no matter how much they'd have backed into it curb stomping Alabama in New Orleans has a very real appeal to it.

LSU by 14+ and you heard it first here.

Should Georgia beat LSU in Atlanta (not likely) then UGA would get to the Sugar. LSU wins and I'd say look for something like Michigan vs. Houston.

FBSchedules & NationalChamps.net each shows Auburn playing Clemson @ Atlanta, McNeese State, Alabama A&M and Louisiana-Monroe for the OOC part of their 2012 schedule. No worse than 3-1 and very possibly 4-0.

SEC West games...
Alabama (Loss)
Arkansas (Toss up)
LSU (Loss)
Ole Miss (Win)
Mississippi State (Win)
Texas A&M (Win)

Plus two teams from the East if we play an 8-game SEC schedule. Considering one of them is Georgia (Loss) and anyone but Florida (win).

Yeah... 8-4... 9-3 with a few breaks.
What the heck it sounds good two times in a row:

LSU - 41
UGA - 17
I agree. IF the BCS is supposed to pit the two best teams in a clash for it all then so what if they happen to both be from the same conference? Assuming 'Bama beats Auburn (count on it) then I don't see anyone else with a like argument no matter if they have one loss or not.

Of ANY one loss teams Alabama certainly has the least damning loss of any of them.

Rematch? That's not a rematch - that's Southeastern Conference dominance.

Classy post, bro. Every dog has his day and I truly believe we'll all see, I believe, Arkansas and Georgia have their own Crystal Footballs.

Too funny
Feels great to be in the club! So how many is that in the BCS era? Tennessee, Alabama, Florida & Auburn? Man, that's impressive and something to shout about for our one big SEC family.

Who will be the next to join this elite club?
Sagarin's poll is already out:

1. LSU
2. Alabama
3. Oklahoma State
4. Arkansas
5. Kansas State
6. Oklahoma
7. Baylor
8. South Carolina
9. Oregon
10. Boise State

I'm with y'all in thinking Arky will be #3 in the final tabulation but wouldn't be surprised if they are indeed #4.
A quick look at AQ conference standings with the question, "How would UGA fair against the fourth ranked team in other conferences?"

ACC
UGA vs Wake Forest, Florida State or Georgia Tech

Big East
UGA vs. Cincinnati, Pitt or West Virginia

Big XII
UGA vs. Baylor or Missouri

Big 10
UGA vs. Michigan or Wisconsin

Pac 12
UGA vs. UCLA, Washington, Arizona State or Utah

I'd say UGA would fair pretty well but I surely don't see a "sweep" in play. We'll even get to find out to some degree next weekend when the Dawgs face SEC turncoats Georgia Tech.
I'm with you, bro, let 'em talk all that shite - everyone shuts up when the Crystal Football gets raised.

Not so sure how well Arky will hold up with a lot of pressure from the edges or against a team with LSU's speed. Still in all they're a good team and could win the Big 10 or Big 12 this year... just not the SEC.
