I wouldn't say that I was glad he was out, but I don't think we'll have a problem filling his spot with a quality recruit.
You can all go frick yurselves

Why not just file an S-election to elminate the double taxation? How big is your company?
Schedule is in our favor the rest of the way...

All our tuff games are at home, and all of the SEC teams we play feature less mobile, pocket passers. :geauxtigers:

I don't know if I'd call it a slump. He hasn't been on the field all that much. I know they were moving him all over the place in the Spring. His talent will show when he's able to get consistent PT at one position and he's not getting moved all over the place.

Its pretty good now. Wait till they have more talent. I'm talkin about the way they play on that side of the ball- put pressure on the quarterback and force the offense to earn every inch.
I miss watching Nick Saban defenses...

why the f is mike detellier on there and not deeke. not complaining but what did i miss when i was out of town last week.
If Deeke's not on, don't as questions, just be thankful.
I'll take any DC that is a proven commodity and is on the verge of landing a head coaching job. We should be able to pull the best out there with the salary we pay coordinators.

Agreed. LSU is in a position now where they should be able to pull an ELITE coach at all levels. You shouldn't get to be a coordinator here until you've proven someplace else that you are one of the best in the country at running and offense/defense. Likewise, you shouldn't be a head coach here unless you've proven somewhere else that you are one of best coaches in the nation. Other teams with less stature and less of a bankroll promote from within. We shouldn't have to.
Totally right. This game reminded me of the '06 Peach Bowl. One team did all the talking and proceeded to get knocked the frick out. This team needs leadership.

The object is not to pressure him. The object is to keep him in the pocket and make him beat you with his arm. If you make him a traditional quarterback, the odds are heavily in your favor.
What is wrong with the Florida offense?

This doesn't look like the same offensive team as last year. Has the SEC figured out Urban Meyer's scheme? Seemed like Tim Tebow could sneeze and gain 6 yards last year.
Hate to break your bubble, but given the history of Les Miles and injury reports, you won't really know anything about the health of either of these players until you see them on the field warming up in The Swamp two weeks from now.
Not that that's a bad thing...

I would be very suprised if both teams were unbeaten by the time this game is played.
Definitely looks better in the middle than on the outside, imo.
I think Auburn's defense was so fast, and a lot of the plays suited to Williams, Murphy, and Holiday are slow developing outside runs. Given LSU's size, the best thing was to run right at Auburn, and Scott was the best guy to do it. That may change when they play different opponents.
re: Shockey still hurt?

Calm down. As long as he is 100% when he does come back, its OK if he misses preseason time. This offense is going to be deadly with a healthy Jeremy Shockey. Weapons all over the place. :whodat:
Hate to say it, but Deuce isn't looking very good. Looks like he's running in slow motion.
