To the person who asked, and the OP who didn't list them:

18th--Prohibition

19th--Women's suffrage

At least they corrected one. The other led to the woke dystopia of this nation today. Every corrupt and inept person elected to lead gets there because of that amendment. We would not know who Teedy or Broome was without the Amendment.

Are you serious? And you call yourself the "Cell of Awareness"? Must be a solitary cell.

Meyer's a pseudoscience creationist who's being interviewed by Shapiro. Both extremely intelligent people who can make any argument sound reasonable. It's mental masturbation, not science.

The Malcolm In the Middle "alternate ending" they did for Breaking Bad is one of the greatest skits in television history.

That was hilarious, but as you may already know, it was a takeoff of the actual ending of "Newhart" which recalled "The Bob Newhart Show" from 10 years earlier.

I still think Achilles Last Stand is probably their most underappreciated work

Agreed, and Presence their most underrated, or at least under listened to, album. I know folks who are fans of Zeppelin who say they've never listened to that one.
I had this on videotape before Katrina took all my videos. Would love to see it again. Thanks for the reminder. I remember especially loving the revenge scenes.

Exactly.

Bateman does a particularly good job I thought.

Thanks, I'll have to catch that one.

Bateman is one of those actors that I'll watch anything he's in. I think he's got a knack for reading scripts, and like Kevin Bacon, he doesn't feel the need to always be the biggest name in a movie if it's good. Some of his best roles are ensemble pieces. "This is Where I Leave You" is a good example.

Does Jerry Rafferty count?

Gerry Rafferty does count. And a trivia question I always throw out when Baker Street or one of his other songs comes on is this: What band did he have a big hit with before going solo, and what was it?

Hot Rod Hearts - Robbie Dupree

Steal Away a better one from him, IMO. Got a bunch of crap for sounding just like Michael McDonald.

Acutely herniated disc C2/C3. Picked up a box and felt like someone stabbed me in the neck. Fell to the ground. Wife drove me to Urgent Care where I was holding my left arm (pain) and sweating profusely because I stupidly thought a hot bath might help first. The doctor dropped her clipboard and rushed me back to check for a heart attack. I was laughing, and she wondered why. I told her I knew she had to check that but it was likely musculoskeletal. I got the rolling eyes and the EKG.

Hurt like a mother for several weeks after. Got injections there to stem the tide of pain until it healed.

He had started a band over 10 years ago. Don't know if they are still playing.

Got to see him play after his album came out at a little bar in Kenner. Talked to him for a while and he seemed really cool. The album was "Anger Management". This single is below. Perfect for the Jets game.

He tears into Jerry Jones and the Cowboys. and Mike Martz, and says he should have "stayed my arse in New Orleans".

It’s the HBCU national championship. I watched it and it was actually a very exciting game. However, Prairie View got hosed by the refs and lost 40-38 in the 4th overtime by calling South Carolina State’s 2 point conversion good when the replays clearly showed the ball never crossed the goal line in bounds.

Been to Spain and Portugal twice in the last two years.

--agreed with going to Porto. Great waterfront area where the Douro River hits the Atlantic. Also hit the Douro Valley wine country by train or boat.

--You're close to Andalucia (southern Spain region). Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada--you can't go wrong. We loved Malaga on the Mediterranean coast.

Once you're in Spain you can high-speed train between any major cities.
I usually take up for disappointing sequels, which are at least good for some form of mild entertainment.

But this movie was dismal, boring, sucked balls.

And I liked Godfather 3.
The Jericho Mile--made for TV and one of Michael Mann's first films. Loved this movie growing up. Great use of the song "Sympathy for the Devil" too.

Summary: Inside Folsom Prison, a life-sentence inmate dedicates himself to breaking the Olympic mile record. As a talented runner, he endures rigorous training behind the walls, pushing his limits every day. His relentless effort earns him a rare chance to vie for a spot on the Olympic team, drawing the attention of officials willing to test his abilities.

They seriously need to remaster this song where that insane guitar solo overrides the "dah dah dah" stuff.

Rick Beato did a video specifically about that. He says he got robbed with the production of the song. He talks about this and isolates the solo at around the 4:50 mark.

LSU can argue that Kelly is no abiding by his contractual terms to seek other employment.

So is this like unemployment...you can't just sit on your arse and go to the beach running shirtless like O?

SEC Shorts needs to do a video of Kelly showing up at the "Coaches Unemployment Office" trying to prove he's actually looking. O could do a cameo.
