Starting with the sight line of the first 10 rows. Reconfigure the bowl, plaza area down low, chair backs everywhere, kill top 5 rows of upper deck by putting up an awning

Hire acoustic engineers to make the place louder (directed at opponents sideline) such that opponents won’t be able to hear a single thing for 60 minutes so we never lose at home. Win half of your road games, boom 10 win season every year everyone keeps their jobs

Fewer seats, put party areas at the top of the upper decks, premium seats down low, field club, etc. Make it a better experience and people will stay

Should be converted into party areas w a slight overhang, reduce capacity but charge more money. Win win

Is Tiger stadium optimized for being loud? Seems like the bottom of the Lower bowl could be steeper and closer to the sideline (like the swamp)
