USC is pretty damn good...but Ohio St. is the weakest team I have ever seen ranked in the top 5. Even if Beanie Wells would have played it would not have made much of a diff.

I keep having Olympic withdrawal, turning on NBC, CNBC, USA, etc at random times, expecting to see the Olympics. Thankfully, college football is right around the corner to help me move on!

I feel the same way. The Olympics were a nice brace between the NBA playoffs & Football. I like baseball, but I only watch the highlights & good matchups (OR MY RED SOX). But I have been watching way to much reality TV lately & thats not a good thing.

I think we should start a street hockey team. But if we do decide to start playing hockey its not the worst idea I've ever heard. The SEC is the best at Football, Baseball, Track & Field, Gymnastics, & we do have 2 out of the last 3 Titles in Basketball. It will only be a matter of time before the SEC is the best at hockey.

Great points. I like Williams alot, I just hope that he can get out of the dog-house at some point. He is one of the most talented running backs in the nation, hopefully he can prove it this year.

I would have never guessed that he would no longer care about FSU. But I think he never guessed that the Seminoles would sink this low either. Speaking for myself...LSU could 20 losing seasons in a row & I would still cheer for the Tigahs

All great athletes, I agree. Steve Young does belong at or near the top of any lefty list. My only agrument is that baseball is for old farts like yourself Carl. The only thing that I like about Major League Baseball is that the Yankees are not winning titles any more.

Seminole when you were in grade school did you ride a bus that was not as long as the others? I say buy the guy a LSU shirt & a hat with the $50. My best friend was a die hard FSU fan. He grew up in Louisiana but his family is from the Panama City area. With all the disappointment the last few years yall will be happy to know that he has now jumped ship.
