I live in Monroe.. my Grandma had issues with Aetna before she died. My mom's small business uses BCBS as well as my Dad's insurance here in Roe City. They have always been good IMO and I know they have a good local identity. Go for BCBS.. now HMO-wise, have any experiance VHP? I see their building ...
