I didn't boo, but sure felt a little sick at my stomache that Lee drove the field and JJ comes in after one practice and gets the TD. That was wierd feeling glad that we scored but uneasy that a guy who "earned it through character and being present at all the practices this year" didn't get the carry into the end zone. I am referring to any one of our running backs here not just JL.

No shite ey? I'd never have guessed.

Are you trying to say he packs fudge?

Anyway, I see a whole bunch of Chuck Norris/HoneyBadger crossover jokes coming out of this.

yeah its not like Arkansas, Tenn or even Ole Miss never plays us hard

JJ will be playing consistantly after the Bama game. Not only for the Bama game. The reading comprehension and logic used by posters here is...

The way LSU has played without JJ, I would put this team against anyone in the country without him. The reason for this thread is the logic of showing our hand to allow other teams to prepare for us
PPG is the biggest factor so far. Many more TD's especially in the passing game than last year.

Soo, you want JJ's first live action to come against the Bama defense

:wtf:

So you think JJ has never played Bama before? He is inexperienced? You actually want Bama practicing against the option against us?

Florida has to account for him in practice this week.

Why on earth would you want a good team that you have to beat (I am referring to Bama, not florida) to get to the NC game to prepare for your wrinkle? Doesn't make sense. Outside of Bama, I don't see another team having the horses in the stable to compete with LSU this year. If we beat Bama, we have a very legitimate shot at the NC. If we lose to Bama, nobody else is likely to beat them and we don't have a shot at the NC. To me, the Bama game is the NC game.

CLM showed he is back. In shape. Ready to play. Etc. Now, Florida has to account for him in practice this week.

Didn't read very well did you? Give the impression that we won't use him this year and then throw him in when we need him agaist Bama.

Damn, how did this even catch on. It is lame.

I thought it was lame too till I saw the youtube video regarding the honeybadger with some gay sounding narator. It' hillarious and very appropriate. There's even a parady with TM7 that is awesome too.
I've heard this argument and acknowlege that getting JJ some snaps against inferior competition may help get him back up to speed. He's well experienced as we saw and I would have rather Les say he's redshirting this year and then threw him into the Alabama game when we needed him. They may not have spent much time preparing for him and, like against Kentucky, he may have proved useful to keeping the chains moving. If CLM is the poker player that some say he is, not showing his hand until needed then this would have been more plausable to that theory. Another benefit would have been that he would not have been welcomed back to playing with boos in Bryant Denny Stadium verses Tiger Stadium.
They just rolled over and played dead! OBJ...
I agree, this is collectively the best D we've ever had.
Since we are playing backup QB's lets see what Mett can do.
Oh no, now the announcer dude is creaming on himself over JJ... :violin:
OMG the honey badger is hillarious and so appropriate! Thanks for the link.
