Just quit.
I dipped 35 years and quit last May.
I was using Red Seal Long Cut also.
The cost just got to where it wasn't worth it ($3000 a year habit).
I didn't really want to quit.
I bought the nicotine losanges (like 200).
Used about 10 of them and realized how nasty they tasted but they...

Drove drunk with no driver's license and underaged.
Ended up wrecking my friends car. Luckily it was a POS and i didn't wreck it hitting another vehicle....

Can you take out a 401k loan and pay off the credit cards?
The 10% hit penalty plus taxes would likely not make it worth cashing in part of your 401k....
