Yesterday on OTB, Hester and Flynn said they’d come coach the offense. I vote for this. You know it’d at least be entertaining
Not trying to make this a political post, but this whole situation mirrors the current political culture. People are losing their shite over this. There’s so many sports talk people I’ve always kinda followed that just can’t let it go. Acting like this affects their very lives. I’ve seen some absolute insane takes with no facts to base it on. Starting to sound like the dumb broads on The View. It’s just all very slimy.

They got some pretty good oysters too baw

Wish this was the case. I’ve been 2x in the past month or so. For a place called an oyster bar, that’s some tiny overcooked pieces of rubber. What a waste

I’m in the industry. That’s pretty standard
Plenty of people. I’d bet 98% of the people who post on this board eat take out food. Douche bag comment

$5 for any beer is not high. You’d be hard pressed to find a beer at any restaurant under that price these days. Pretty silly comment.

Temu White Star Market.

Am I doing this right?

There’s 2 different cuts called flap. One being the chuck flap and the other sirloin flap. Chuck flap coming off the chuck roast. Super marbled square shaped cut and much smaller than the sirloin flap. Can be cut and cooked as steaks, braised like short rib, or sliced up and stir fried.
Sirloin flap looks like a much thicker skirt steak. Great for stir fry or grilling whole and slicing up. Both delicious, but not the same. And, my 2 favorite cuts of beef

I grew up down the street. Eatin many of those breakfast sandwiches in my way to do some crabbing and fishing down south
I always use some of my onions to stop the roux during the cooking process. Then, I will sauté the rest of the onions and other veggies separately before combining
Me and some friends are supposed to be kayaking through Big Bend in a few weeks. Can’t get a permit now. Oh well. We can find somewhere else IF it keeps going.

Truthfully, the more of these videos I see, the more confidence I gain in thinking I would tackle one of these animals

The thing I don’t get about videos like this is that no one stops these people. I want to believe that if I was in this situation I would not stand there and just video it. Not a tough guy, but frick man.

As a restaurant owner myself, there’s no way I’d let this shite happen in my place. Although, this isn’t my clientele

Funeral and visitation food

I’ve offered to provide the food for a visitation at a funeral home. What do people normally have out for these things? It’s been years since I’ve been to one.
