Kansas is one of the most successful basketball programs in NCAA history. Hard to get a juggernaut like that down for long.
LSU doesn't have the same pedigree and may be more susceptible to restrictions than a program like Kansas.

I was expecting Belarus to go in simultaneously with the Russians as a coordinated attack. I was wrong about the timing but Belarus taking advantage of the situation is not shocking given their history with Ukraine.
