The Kiffin fanboys don’t like facts. What he did to USC and Tennessee doesn’t even register to them.
There is a right way to do it, but it would involve the coast guard attempting an interdiction and the smugglers failing to cooperate. Apparently the method that had settled law to support it was rejected.
I am 100% prepared to stop supporting LSU football if Kiffin is hired. I refuse to watch that train wreck.

You absolutely can transfer in the winter window (listed as December 1 - December 15, 2025 on the NCAA website) and play the following Spring.

Yes, Tennessee transfers could play with their new team in 2026, although they have to finish their semester as far as academics go. As a practical matter, most major programs, including LSU, have full rosters and wouldn't have room for them, although there would be an exception or two made by some teams for a really elite player.
Vance is probably not electable because he’s too smart. We’ve definitely shown an aversion to high intelligence in our presidential candidates in this country for some time now. It’s just a sad reality. People have lower vocabulary, lower reasoning ability, etc. and they aren’t comfortable with someone who doesn’t speak on their level.

I was an Army JAG and trained and briefed on ROE extensively. The biggest issue we had in Iraq was our ROE were derived from our Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA). Our political leaders agreed to the hostile act/hostile intent standard in the SOFA so we were locked into that. Obviously, the easiest standard to conduct warfighting by is the minimum required by the Geneva Conventions, however, it's a problem when your enemy combatants don't wear uniforms and slip in and out of civilian appearing status. There isn't an easy answer, you can't kill every military age male in a warzone without major blowback politically and diplomatically. However, you can definitely not agree to the hostile act/hostile intent standard.

It depends on if character matters in your job. If you show a complete lack of character and human decency, there are numerous jobs you shouldn’t be employed in. Additionally, if your job is publicly funded, you shouldn’t be expected to cheer on an attack on democratic freedom and be paid by the taxpayers.

Yeah, I don’t know if I’d be taking a side when I have very flammable assets.
There’s definitely multiple avenues that have to be pursued, make it financially painful for people and organizations that are leftist, eliminate voter fraud, eliminate Chinese funding of politicians, there’s a comprehensive plan that needs to be openly discussed and implemented
I was grouping woke and leftists in the same group. And I’m fully aware that the left has as its goal the destruction of America. I’m also fully aware that the Chinese Communist Party has funded leftist groups for years for that very purpose, which is an act of war.
You never know if an event is a tipping point, but you have to believe there are plenty of people who are ready to proactively tear down the woke architecture in the media and elsewhere. One of the main paths to victory is to eliminate their power to use voter fraud in major cities.
Only if people take the time to dismantle their vote cheating system. We all know they aren’t 50% of the voting public, and we all know they cheat, until that is fixed, they are a problem.
Money laundering is different from bribes and kickbacks. It’s annoying as hell when people misuse terminology. Money laundering involves taking cash obtained from illegal activities and getting it into legitimate bank accounts. When you are misappropriating funds, that’s very different from money laundering.

You do realize he has been the National Coach of the year 3 times, and 2 additional times in D2?
21, and hopefully don’t ever get over 22
A million dollars. Congrats to him.

When the system changed to where you lose the bonus pool money for a draftee in the top 10 rounds if they don’t sign. It’s been that way about 10 years or so. The signing bonus for a top 10 round pick is negotiated before a club drafts you, otherwise they lose the bonus pool value. Technically rounds 11-20 are still a bit of the old system in that there might not be a pre arranged agreement prior to the draft. Oftentimes there is.
