I had a similar situation 6 years ago. Continue on my current path and be comfortable or be my own boss and have unlimited earning potential but have to leave the golden handcuffs and go into some debt to get it started. Stressed about it for 1-2 years. Finally pulled the trigger and I have worked 2 days in the last 3 weeks and my business actually made more money with me gone!

What do you recommend when you are doing multiple boils? I usually follow this recipe pretty closely but we are doing a much larger boil this year and we will have at least 2, possibly 3 batches. Would you guys recommend adding the same seasonings again for each round?
