I actually like that they are allowed to use them - smaller programs should be allowed minor advantages in what is ultimately an unfair league.

What annoys me is that the fans use them at all times while on defense. So much so, that there is never a “pop” of the crowd that usually comes with a turnover or a sack. Instead, when a big plays happens, it’s just the continuous ringing of the bells. I found myself double checking the downs last night because I had expected a louder roar when Mizzou turned over on downs to virtually seal the game. In a way, it sort of dulls the environment.

Letting him go was the best thing BK ever did. Say what you will about BK but he knew when to fire people’s arse

The worst part of the loss is that we have to spend a week in the middle of September already talking about “well as long as win in October and then only lose one of Bama, Texas, and Tennessee then we can make it to the playoffs”

I’m a negatiger but this is a bit much. We are 10pt favorites against A&M. Calling that an auto loss is wild. Alabama, Texas, and Tennessee are definitely toss-ups in that the spread is like to be within 3pts in either direction.

Auburn is absolutely terrible dude. We are going to be like 20pt favorites. Miss St might be decent but we will also like be 13pt favorites in that. Damn…

I really hope we can turn a corner at the end of this year and get one against Bama or UT, it will signal a bit of a turning point for me. This team has not been winning big games at all for a long time.

No they don't. They move off of sharp money, that's it. Vegas does not make money following the whims of the public opinion. You can listen to any sportsbook trader talk about this. You can go on Adam Burns x page (works for BetOnline), he talks about it all the time. Unless it a super high volume game like Sunday Night Football or a playoff NFL game, they do not touch their numbers because the public might be favoring one side.

Also, BookMaker.eu a reputable offshore book that has much sharper lines than Draftkings has LSU -2.5, so the line has barely moved.
