Kiffin was reckless and negligent at the end of his working relationship with OM and showed complete disregard for a program having its moment.
Who else would have conducted themselves so poorly? This is uniquely Kiffin. He doesn't deserve our, or anyone else's, respect.

The SEC played soggy biscuit today and we were the last to nut. Now we have to eat the biscuit.
I want to be excited about Golding and the fact that the program will be at least somewhat similarly run, but we've been completely gutted today.
Not a total loss but bad optics for OM. Time will tell if we can be a 8 or more win team in the future.

We're supposed to pander to someone whose antics derailed our best season ever? Because of his departure, we could lose our home playoff game, and we're supposed to cater to his every demand? Totally.
The other shoe is going to fall anyways. It's wishful thinking to think anything other than Kiffin is going to poach a ton of our players. We have to look strong even if we're weak.

Did you expect us to allow that narcissistic weasel unfettered access to our coaches and players after making it abundantly clear he had absolutely no interest in staying in Oxford?
And riding off the coattails of potentially making a run in the playoff just to leave us anyway?
There's no scenario where allowing him to coach the rest of the season pays off dividends for us. KC made the right move, as he has frequently since he became our AD.
